leeluvfashion Mischa Barton: Behind the Scenes of Her Teen Vogue Shoot Sep 14, 2007 4:24 PM Block Party: For lunch, photographer Patrick Demarchelier, Mischa, and the crew popped by Moscow's chic Vogue Café. "My mom was naturally thin. They tried to fatten her up when she was a kid," Mischa says. "I come from a good gene pool." PUPPY LOVE: Mischa was really into the layered necklaces, headbands, and floppy hats at the shoot, but her favorite accessory? Her adorable dog Ziggy. "I got a small dog so she could travel with me," Mischa admits. ON JEANS: "I was excited to see high–waisted jeans come back into fashion, beacuse I've always liked that kind of seventies aesthetic. I've never been a low–rididng jeans kinda girl; I hate showing my midriff." ON HER DOG'S SIXTH SENSE: "He bit my ex–boyfriend on the nose as soon as he met him. Later I was like, 'Charlie how do you know these things?'" ON HER LOOK: "Citified hippie, though that's a terrible way to describe it."
leeluvfashion Agyness Deyn in Anna Sui Show Sep 11, 2007 9:21 PM I'm such a fan of Agyness; she can carry off any look or style. I loved the way she rocked the wig at the Anna Sui show. People will either love or hate it; it's as simple as that. The wigs were so out-there and the makeup so heavy yet Agyness pulled it off (at least I think so.) What do you think?

leeluvfashion Part of Anne Hathaway's Interview w/ TeenVogue Aug 11, 2007 1:54 PM Get the inside scoop on Teen Vogue's cover shoot with Anne. ROYAL CRUSH "When I first saw the clothes," enthuses two–time Teen Vogue cover girl Anne Hathaway, "I said, it looks kind of like what Anastasia [in the 1997 animated film] would have put on the first minute she found out she was actually Russian royalty.' She's mixing the knits that have kept her warm with the glam stuff she inherited from her grandmother." PLAYING DRESS–UP Perhaps not surprisingly, Anne prefers to inhabit a character even when she's being photographed as herself. "I've never been at a photo shoot where I didn't act for a single minute," she insists. "That would be boring. I'd much rather imagine that I'm a girl at Coney Island in the 1920s." BIG TOP For this issue, Anne says, "I wore a lot of hats. One of them was this really big faux–fur Louis Vuitton thing; it almost looked like a superhigh–fashion pimp hat. Oh, God. Now someone from Louis Vuitton is going to call and say,"—and here, the actress slips into a hilariously fake French accent—"Stop calling eet a peemp hat." ANNE ON HOLLYWOOD: "The problem, with being a nice, sweet person [in Hollywood] is that people just assume you're, sort of, not smart enough to see the pitfalls and the darkness. Somehow, being dark authenticates you. I'm a pretty happy person, and people think that I'm a little…And I am not, an idiot." ANNE ON JANE AND DATING: "Very few people ever note the tragic irony of Jane Austen's genius, that she had a very sad life, a very hard life, and to a certain extent, I'm sure, a lonely life. I've been single—everyone has—and you know, it's easier being with someone. Your baseline level of happiness is a lot higher. For me, at least." ANNE ON HER NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION: "My New Year's resolution, this year, was actually to find my inner rock star and liberate her. I'm still working on it."
